🌙 Pause midweek and reset with our Wednesday evening sound bath. Release stress, restore balance, and prepare for the days ahead as crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums guide you into deep relaxation.
Enjoy a cozy setup with a floor cushion, bolster, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, and a warm cup of herbal tea in a peaceful, welcoming space.
No experience needed — simply arrive and receive, and leave feeling supported by the warmth of shared rest and community connection.
Group size is intentionally limited to 6–12 participants to preserve the intimate, nurturing nature of each session.
