DETECTION ESSENTIALS WITH CAMERON FORD | ST. AUGUSTINE, FL

We’re excited to welcome Cameron Ford to Grassroots K9 St. Augustine this November for a two-day Detection Essentials Seminar .

This seminar will focus on the foundations that create strong detection dogs and confident handlers — building the base, developing productive search behavior, understanding odor, improving handler skills, and creating teams that can work independently and effectively.

This seminar is open to BOTH law enforcement and civilians. Whether you work an operational detection dog, compete in scent work, train working dogs, or simply want to deepen your understanding of detection, this is an opportunity to learn from one of the most experienced instructors in the industry.

ABOUT CAMERON FORD

Cameron Ford is a U.S. military veteran and the owner and Chief Instructor/Master Trainer of Ford K9 . He has also overseen the training of hundreds of K9 teams deployed in support of government contracts.

Cameron’s approach to detection is also heavily influenced by science and canine cognition.
