This class in a creative vinyasa flow to get the body moving and warmed up. The final moments will allow you to sit in a yin practice to seal off your mind, body and spirit. This class can be done 30 mins. of vinyasa w/ 30 mins of yin, or the yin can be sprinkled within the vinyasa series.
