- ➤ St. Johns County remains in extreme drought at level three with nearly 10 inches of rainfall deficit since September and increased wildfire risk after hard freezes. - ➤ On Wednesday, the Senate unanimously approved a measure to designate St. Johns County for the Florida Museum of Black History + fulfilling recommendations from a 2023 task force. A similar House bill remains pending as legislators continue the session lasting 60 days. First Coast News
