- ➤ Cape Canaveral Space Force Station has two scheduled launches this week. A SpaceX Falcon 9 will send 29 Starlink satellites into orbit on Thursday, March 26 from 7:22 a.m. ET while a United Launch Alliance Atlas V will launch Amazon Leo satellites on Sunday, March 29 at 3:53 a.m. ET. BUSINESS NEWS
- ➤ Publix will open three new stores in Florida before the end of April, including one in St. Augustine at 1975 Silverleaf Parkway, Ste 101. The chain will also open locations in Spring Hill on April 24 and in Winter Haven on April 30. The St. Augustine Record
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Goddard School broke ground on its second location in Silverleaf, set to open in early 2027 at 50 Forest Crossing Drive. The 11,000 sqft center will feature 10 classrooms to serve 165 children and add 30 teaching jobs (with golf cart access for residents). The St. Augustine Record
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ City commissioners voted 3 to 2 on Monday to change the annual Nights of Lights schedule. Starting in 2026, the event will run from the Saturday before Thanksgiving to Martin Luther King Jr. Day from Nov. 21 to Jan. 18. First Coast News
