- ➤ Habitat for Humanity St. Augustine and St. Johns hosted their 2025 Women Build event on McDonald Avenue where all-female teams painted, caulked and repaired three homes to reduce contractor costs. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Florida schools will keep their current start times for the 2025–2026 school year while new rules that require middle schools to begin no earlier than 8 a.m. and high schools no earlier than 8:30 a.m. will take effect in the 2026–2027 school year—districts have until then to create their plans, and a bill to repeal the 2023 law is under review amid financial and logistical concerns.
