The Free Speech Coalition dropped its lawsuit challenging Florida’s age verification law for adult websites after the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a similar law in Texas (U.S. District Judge Mark Walker dismissed the case on July 8) and the group said it will monitor efforts to restrict online adult content in Florida.

St. Augustine’s iconic Pink Castle at 16 May St.—a three-story historic home near downtown and Vilano Beach—is on sale for $1,695,000.

Listing agent Bryce Ocepek said the property blends modern amenities with preserved antique charm.
