- ➤ St. Augustine Humane Society's Pin Up Paws Auction will open Sept. 29 and run through Nov. 1, offering unique experiences from local getaways to dining and specialty shopping, along with a live raffle for a Michael Dolsey Tuna Stand-Up Paddleboard donated by Aqua East Surf Shop—helping to provide affordable veterinary care and essential services for local families. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ St. Johns County commissioners advanced two redevelopment proposals for the former World Golf Hall of Fame site in World Golf Village—one plan, Golftopia, would create an entertainment hub with mini-golf and retail spaces while the other, Fountains, would build a health and research center for seniors. County staff will review both proposals in Phase 2 with key milestones scheduled through July 21 and a final decision expected in 2026. First Coast News
