- ➤ St. Augustine will unveil a new Little Library at Project SWING on Sept. 26 at 10 a.m.—a park on West Castillo Drive where Commissioner Cynthia Garris and Alpha Phi Alpha brother Sherman Riley will lead the event, joined by Ketterlinus Elementary's third-grade class and artist Jessica Bryce who hand-painted the dedicated box—honoring local figures Dr. Otis Mason and Rev. - ➤ Florida law offers protection to new car buyers under the Lemon Law when vehicles need three repairs or 30 days of repairs, but used car buyers get little help with cars sold as is.
