- ➤ Delightful Development, LLC placed the highest bid of $7.1 million for Marineland Dolphin Adventure after the Dolphin Company filed for bankruptcy this spring, double the $3.5 million offered by Hutson Companies. The sale will be approved by the court on October 27 (the buyer's plans for the historic 87-year-old attraction and its dolphins remain unknown). First Coast News
- ➤ AC Hotel St. Augustine opened today in Lincolnville along the San Sebastian River and offers 142 guest rooms, a fitness center, an outdoor lounge pool, and 1,500 square feet of event space—managed by McKibbon Hospitality and developed by Asante Asset Management. - ➤ Adventure Landing in Jacksonville Beach closed its doors after 30 years due to a brief timeframe given to cease operations, according to owner Hank Woodburn—while the St. Augustine park remains open to honor credits and tokens from the closed location. First Coast News
