  • K9s For Warriors raised $1.3M during its 10th annual Veterans Day telethon at the Shari Duval National Headquarters in Ponte Vedra — the funds helped reduce the service dog waitlist from four to two years and support training new service dogs for veterans.  First Coast News

  • Publix reopened its newly rebuilt store in Anastasia Plaza—located in St. Augustine Beach—on November 13; the store spans nearly 55,000 square feet.  The St. Augustine Record

  • A St. Augustine bride found a stranger’s wedding dress in her preserved gown box five years after her November wedding and is now using social media to search for Alyssa Jones since the preservation shop closed—she hopes to recover the sentimental gown meant for her family.  First Coast News
  • St. Augustine will begin its Nights of Lights season on November 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Plaza de la Constitución—local officials and cultural leaders will light up trees and a Christmas tree while free park-and-ride shuttles and STAR Circulator services help visitors move safely, with the event running until January 11.  The St. Augustine Record
