Good morning, St. Augustine.

St. Augustine’s Pie in the Sky Community Alliance, a nonprofit helping seniors facing hunger, delivers food to St. Johns County seniors—supporting vulnerable residents.

Today on Giving Tuesday the St. Augustine Record highlighted local nonprofits that feed seniors, build homes and offer health care and support services to those in need.

The list urges residents to donate to groups such as Pie in the Sky Community Alliance and EPIC Behavioral Healthcare — programs that quickly help our community.

An online auction began this week offering hundreds of items from the closed Adventure Landing in Jacksonville Beach and will end Dec 4—items can be previewed in person during set hours, and credits from that site can be redeemed at the still-open St. Augustine park.
