HEALTH NEWS

  • On July 31, during a heat advisory in 66 counties, experts from UF IFAS and the Mayo Clinic explained that women should drink about 11 cups and men about 15 cups daily—water coming from both drinks and foods like fruits and vegetables helps meet the need.
